Addicted to Design!

That's right! I design, I code and I'm addicted! I'm a web designer and front-end developer living and working in London and absolutely love it. I'm very passionate about what I do and take a lot of pride in it.

About Me

I'm a web designer, HTML/CSS coder and WordPress developer living and working in London. I've been creating websites since I was 15 and absolutely love it. I'm also into photography and absolutely love movies. Hence the name, PXLJunkie.

Web Design is my profession but my passion is design as a whole. Whether it be graffiti on a wall, tattoos on a passer by, or a nicely composed photograph, I love it all and try to take inspiration from all sources. I believe the 'less is more' approach works well, more often than not, in all types of design but my favourite style of design is big, bold and bright.

I'm very passionate about what I do and take a lot of pride in it. Oh, and I'm a chocoholic.

What I Do

Using Adobe Photoshop as my weapon of choice, I design web sites from conceptual wireframes into actual designs. Taking usability as my main focus, I design websites that are pleasing to the eye, yet have user interaction at their core.

I hand code in XHTML and CSS with SEO and semantics in mind and throw in a little JavaScript when needed, in order to add some spice and flavour to the mix.

Flash is my Kryptonite. Therefore, for health reasons, I try and stay away from it.
